A quick-fill faucet and a 6-setting handheld shower add versatility, along with a bath pillow and LED lighting to enhance relaxation. ANZZI Walk In Bathtub, 53″ Right-Drain
This right-drain variant mirrors the left-drain model with a wide door seal, 10 hydro-therapeutic whirlpool jets, and 18 Acu-Stream air jets for a full-body aero massage. It includes Quick Fill with a 6-setting handheld shower, aromatherapy, a bath pillow, and an LED light for ambiance. Like the left-drain option, there is no explicit inline heater noted in the features.
CO-Z Walk In Tub, 52″ x 30″
The CO-Z model provides a durable, glossy fiberglass-reinforced construction with a low entry threshold and slip-resistant floor for safer footing. It features an inswing door with a watertight latch, a contoured seat for comfort, and a robust overall build suitable for seniors or those needing easy access. The product description centers on safety and durability, with no mention of an integrated heater, so heating would likely rely on external water temperature management.
FerdY Floridian 55″ x 33″ Left-Side Door
The FerdY Floridian offers 16 air jets paired with hydro massage capabilities and LED color lighting for chromotherapy. It emphasizes an extra-wide door and a low step-in height along with a watertight seal for dry bathroom floors. The listing highlights accessibility and spa-like lighting but does not specify an integrated heater in the unit.
FerdY Floridian 55″ x 33″ Left-Side Door (LED Lights)
This FerdY model extends the same spacious design with dual LED lights for chromotherapy and a left-side door to fit tighter configurations. It retains 16 air jets and a robust hydro massage system, delivering a spa-like experience. The heater specification is not listed, so potential buyers should verify heating options if required for longer soaks.
Ella Ultimate 30″x60″ Acrylic
The Ella Ultimate combines hydro massage with 5 adjustable and 6 fixed jets, an intensity dial, an inline water heater, and ozone sterilization to clean the system. It also includes independent foot massage jets with separate controls, a 3-speed airflow control, and auto purge for system maintenance. This model explicitly includes an inline heater, making it a strong choice for users prioritizing consistent warm soaks alongside jet therapy.
Ella Tub4Two 32″x60″
The Ella Tub4Two provides dual-seat comfort with 9 hydro jets per seat, an independent foot massage with its own pump, 18 air jets, a 3-speed control, and auto purge. It features an inline water heater to support comfortable, sustained soaks for both occupants. This model emphasizes shared space without compromising jet variety or ease of entry.
Buying Guide: Key Purchase Considerations
- Jet System Type and Variety: Consider models with both hydro (water) jets and air (aero) jets for a balanced massage. Look for adjustable jet counts and easy-to-reach controls.
- Heater Options: An inline heater or built-in water heater helps maintain a comfortable soak without refilling. If a heater is not listed, plan for an external heating solution or prioritize models with explicit heater capabilities.
- Door Design and Accessibility: Inward-opening doors, wide entryways, and low thresholds improve safety and ease of access, especially for seniors or caregivers.
- Size and Footprint: Measure bathroom space to ensure the tub fits without impeding movement or other utilities. Consider seat height and overall tub depth for comfort.
- Safety Features: Slip-resistant floors, secure door latches, grab handles, and watertight seals protect against spills and falls during entry and exit.
- Maintenance and Cleaning: Look for features like auto-purge, ease of access to jets, and materials resistant to staining or yellowing for long-term upkeep.
- Electrical Requirements: Inline heaters and pumps require appropriate electrical circuits. Verify compatibility with your home’s wiring, including dedicated circuits if needed.
- Warranty and Support: Check manufacturer warranties and the availability of replacement parts or service in your region for ongoing reliability.
